Bio

Kentucky native Jessie Collins is a unique, creative photographer who has been enchanted by horses since a little girl. Growing up showing in multiple disciplines combined with working in creative services for The New York Times Co, has led to a heartfelt photography business that captures that unique bond between human and horse. Growing up on the shores of New Hampshire this horse crazy gal made the leap and moved to the horse capitol of the world to make her dreams come true! Many of you have seen Jessie out there shooting hunter/jumpers at top rated shows from California to New York since 2004, and now she offers private, professional services for equine lovers near and far! Jessie’s unique equine business was inspired by her own heart horse Ruffkutt Rebellion that led to the image “Still There” that captures that emotion of life and loss, and how much our equine partners bring true joy and meaning to our lives. Jessie offers tailored equine portrait sessions, equine fine art sessions, equine fantasy sessions and stylized shoots to help other creative minds build their own portfolios. Jessie calls Lexington, Kentucky home and is available for bookings in all 50 states and beyond!
